Part-Time QTS French Teacher

MFL SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER – FRENCH

Location: Birmingham | Salary: £145.16 - £215.89 per day

Position Overview:

SMART EDUCATION is seeking a dynamic and passionate French Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Birmingham. This part-time role involves teaching French and providing additional support to students across the school. The position is available immediately and requires availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons that inspire and challenge students.
• Support students in achieving their language learning goals and enhancing their academic progress.
• Collaborate with the department to promote creativity and student well-being, placing the child at the heart of learning.
• Participate in interviews and lesson observations, which are scheduled as soon as possible.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with at least 6+ months of experience in a secondary school setting.
• Proven experience teaching French at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• A passion for education, with a track record of improving student attainment.
• Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
